Here is another fine Wave-album from Italy, the second one of MYSTERY PLAYS, which can be described in the same way as TREES´ album "Harmonizer". 80s Guitar Wave with harmonic keyboard lines and rhythmic bass playing. It remembers me a bit of the second half of Cure´s "Disintegration". The whole album sounds very melancholic and seems to be produced not for the clubs but for listening to it in the evening with candlelight. (A.P.)
