MIGUEL AND THE LIVING DEAD – Demo 2004 (CD-EP 2004)
The actual 5-track Demo-CD has five pieces of pure Death Rock on it, somewhere between Misfits, Ex-Voto, Screams For Tina, The Damned, Ghoultown and some Gothabilly influences. Doesn´t that sound good? All the songs have been recorded in a small homestudio, but depending on that, it is very good and eventually more original, than a big production in a professional studio, ´cos this is pure Underground sound and I definetly love it! The cover artwork is very close to early Misfits records and the US-Band has for sure a big influence on MIGUEL AND THE LIVING DEAD, but our polish friends are not such punky, but more trash. LA Weekly once wrote about 45 Grave „our favorite Heavy-Metal-Psychedelic-Post-Punk-what-the-fuck-Ghoul-Rockers“...wipe out „Heavy Metal“ and you get an idea of MIGUEAL AND THE LIVING DEAD. MIGUEL
AND THE LIVING DEAD are a new Death Rock-Band from Poland, and I swear: they
will become BIG in the scene very quickly! They are so...original and
powerful and I am sure, they really ROCK live on stage.
