EXIT is another band from Poland, which release their actual CD album on the fine Furia label. As all infos on the cover is written in Polish language, I cannot tell anything about the band or the lyrics, so I can only talk about the music itself. EXIT play some kind of Folk-Wave with many acoustic instruments, but it is not Neo-Folk in the vein of Death In June or similar bands. The whole atmosphere is very melancholic and I guess, the lyrics are sad stories about lost love, longings and things like that. I think, this music could also been featured in some films with these topics. EXIT play very „pure“ music, simple and clear without any unnecessary things in it. This is music to listen to concentrated, music for Sunday afternoons. A fine CD! (A.P.)
