| EAST WALL - Silence (LP) (Toast Records) This record is not very well-known today, but, if you read the name Angelo Bergamini on the sleeve, you will lick your fingers for it, ´cos who does not know, that Angelo is Kirlian Camera? EAST WALL´s LP was released in the early 80s and is partly arranged with the help of Angelo and today´s K.C. member Ivano Bizzi. The music is a really fine mixture of New (Electronic) Wave, Pop, Kirlian Camera sounds and Italo Disco, sometimes really danceable, but never boring. It will be very hard to find this record somewhere and if you see a copy, you will surely be shocked about its high price, but the record is worth it. If you like a clone of Kirlian Camera´s mid 80s and today´s works, you are absolutely right here. |
