The COCTEAU TWINS are on of my all time favourite bands and so I was happy to listen to this fine double CD in nice artwork and packing, which contains all BBC-radiosessions of this band, mostly from 1982 to 1984 plus two sessions from 1996. I only knew one John Peel Session from 1983, which was released on the "Garlands" CD on 4 AD. All other material is unreleased (the versions, not the songs, of course!). We get to hear classics like "Wax And Wane", "Dear Heart", "Musette And Drums", "Sugar Hiccup" , "Ivo" and many more, so this release is essential for all fans of the band and also a good chance for people who knew the Cocteau Twins only a little bit. Nothing more to write about this, everybody should get this beautiful release and listen to one of the best bands ever! (A.P.)
